On June 25 we are organizing roundtable debate at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland on the theme Immigration policy in the V4: the next big challenge for the region?

High School Contest: EUROPASECURA - National Round

EUROPASECURA is an national contest for secondary school student on security issues, the European Union and NATO and their roles in the global security system. The national round took place from 9th to  13th of June 2014.

Roundtable discussion: Israelis and Palestinians: Is Two State Solution Still Possible? (June 19, 2013)

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy and IKV Pax Christi organized a roundtable discussion ‘Israelis and Palestinians: Is Two State Solution Still Possible?’ that was held on June 19, 2013 from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Opening speeches were provided by professor Izhak Schnell of Tel Aviv University, Mr. Ashraf Eid Al-Ajrami, ex-Minister of Prisoner Affairs of the Palestinian National Authority, Mr. Ilan Baruch, a retired Israeli ambassador and a peace activist and Mr. Walid Salem, member of the Palestinian National Council of the Palestine Liberation Organisation and Director of the Centre for Democracy and Community Development. Egypt’s 2012 elections (June 28, 2012)

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy in cooperation with the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic organizes a debate “Egypt’s 2012 elections” with Mohamed Elagati, director of Arab Forum for Alternatives and Mostafa Shaat from Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies. What to expect from the Cyprus EU Presidency? (June 18, 2012)

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy organized an international conference Expectations from the Cyprus EU Presidency within the project Visegrad Priorities and Coordination during the Cyprus EU Council Presidency. The conference took place June 18,  2-6 p.m. in the Mirror Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Experts from EU, Cyprus, Turkey, and V4 discussed the key issues facing European integration in the 2nd half of 2012, including debate on the MFF, further enlargement and relations with Turkey.   • Publication: Prospects of the Visegrad cooperation

    As a result of three years long research in the framework of the Prospects of the Visegrad cooperation in changing economic, political and social conditions project the publication Prospects of the Visegrad cooperation: identifying converging and diverging factors has been issued.
